Purpose
Airband Wireless Limited is desirous of a website platform to host features and
functionalities that will automate their processes, optimize their daily work, and
provide better service to their current and potential customers. This is intended to
enhance their business brand, improve on service provision, expand their market,
and increase revenue.

We hope the above has been able to capture and summarize most of the major
objectives. These will form the core of the project scope.

If we have left out any additional objectives, kindly highlight these to us in

subsequent communications. We will be glad to include such requirements, model
our solution accordingly, and inform of any additional cost implications where
applicable.

Method & Development Approach

We will be using the Agile Methodology as our
guiding approach towards the software development
process, specifically the SCRUM model.

In Scrum, we organize software projects in sprints,

each lasting 1-4 weeks and aimed at delivering a
piece of functionality that addresses a user story.
User stories are usually the descriptions of features
from a user’s perspective or descriptions of actions
that a user would like to make (e.g., register, check
balance, update profile)

Our development methodology involves a good degree of regular interaction with

the end-user, working iteratively to accomplish the specific objective of the desired
website and/or application. We would therefore advise that one or two contact
people (preferably one person) are regularly available to our development team. We
will interface with the chosen contact at many development stages of the web site.

Client Expectations
Unless otherwise agreed, you are to organize for and provide the following towards
the development work, wherever applicable:

1. All logos, graphics, images or other media to be published (ensuring you

have the copyright to all items provided)
2. Process Maps that describe use cases
3. Wireframes and/or Figma designs that depict your desired design preference
4. Relevant 3rd party APIs that are the client’s specific choices
5. UAT Personnel to conduct user testing on the website and processes

Development Personnel
This project will be carried out by six (6) key personnel, namely:

At the beginning of a sprint, participants set up a planning meeting to agree on the

goal of the new sprint. We discuss the detailed scope of work for the sprint and
determine the required efforts and the expected timeframes. At Connexus Ventures,
we involve business analysts to help translate high-level business requirements into
the requirements for the development and testing teams.

This model ensures that our final product is as close to the client requirements as
possible, subject to its iterative nature, leading to customer delight.

In a diagrammatic representation, below is the process and model we will follow in

development.

Timeline
The website development will take a total of 6-8 weeks to deliver, from date of
order and depending on any changes in project scope.

Factors affecting delivery timeline may include:

1. Delays in content provision by organisation representatives

2. Delays in approvals and sign-offs from relevant personnel
3. Delays in milestone payments, where applicable

 4. Unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to political, economic,
religious, or ethnic disruptions

The deliverables on this project will be divided into the following milestones, carried

  Documentation that reflects functional and technical specification will be
available.

Cost Summary
1. Where applicable, a 100% advance payment will be required for domain
registration and/or hosting fee.
2. A 40% payment of the total project fee is required in advance as mobilization
fee and upon sign-off by client.
3. All other payments will be made at the end of the following milestones:
a. Sprint 2 – 40%
b. Sprint 4 – 20%

Note: Payment for each milestone must be made completely before proceeding to
the next sprint. Also, live site will only be loaded to a live server after receipt of
the balance payment.

The cost implications below are representative of the estimated costs to complete
the website design and application development for Airband Wireless’s automation
project.
