INTRODUCTION
This document provides an overview of the features 3KITS proposes to meet the
requirements for SEO compatible website design and development. The intent of this
document is to be a reference for our understanding of the project and the required
features for the application. Our proposal, including the approach, methodology,
timing, costs and deliverables are outlined. This proposal document will be modified
with necessary changes to be used as the Statement of Work (SOW) for the project
upon acceptance. We request you to go through this document, review the proposal
and give your acceptance for this project.

KEY DESIGN AND TECHNICAL FEATURES

1. Design Features
• Attractive, landing (home) page with easy, intuitive navigation menus and a
image/video/graphic slideshow linking to the selected services you wish to
highlight.

• Responsive design: website adjusts automatically to different screen widths,

and is also compatible with tablets and mobile devices.

• Back-end Content Management Systems (CMS) permitting you to update your

own website.

• Social networking integration, with e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.

2. Technical Features and Advantages

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) module to ensure the site is SEO compliant.
(Please note that we do not guarantee search page rankings.).

• Complies with Cookies Law.

• Compatibility with all major web browsers. Page optimization for rapid
browser load.

• Fully modular for easy expansion of CMS functionality in future.

3. Website Specifics
Using an approved design prototype/mock-up and a consistent navigation format, the
development team will create a dynamic, interactive and easily navigable site, which
will include all general requirements identified in the compliance.

Website pages may include:

• Home Page;
• About Us
• Contact details,
• Enquiry form and location map;
• Testimonials,
• Client Services/Solutions/Products/Industries/Courses/Projects pages as
required:
• Gallery & Embed Videos
• Blog, Latest News & Events, Webinars etc.
• Careers – Job Positions, Upload resume
• Social Links
• Other pages as required;
• CMS Admin – Manage Website content

4. Work Specification

• Setup and configuration of new (or existing) web hosting account.

• Development of website: design; content; page structure; navigation; design
customizations; and configuration of design and technical features as detailed
in Sections 2 and 3.
• Training in the use of the Content Management System.

5. Website maintenance
• After website completion, 3KITS will provide maintenance for 1 year after
website launch.

• Further website development. Any future major developmental changes to the

structure and design, as required, do not come under website maintenance.

6. Payment and Schedule

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT 25,000.00 INR

• GST charged at 18%

• No GST is Applicable for export/supply to sez unit or sez developer
• No GST for Foreign company transfers (P0802 - Software
consultancy/implementation)
• No GST for Saving Account Transfers

• An initial 50% payment upon proposal acceptance and remaining 50%

payment upon the completion of task and site live

• For any additional work not covered in this quotation, will be billed in final
quotation after consultation

• Work will be carried out by 3KITS in a timely manner, prioritizing when

required. Final completion date will also depend on turnaround time for
content and information requests to clients by 3KITS.

7. Ownership and Responsibilities
• (If applicable) Website will utilize a hosting account set up with hosting
provider. Client will maintain full ownership of this hosting account. Hosting
fees are payable by client directly. 3KITS will set up this account on behalf of
client and will require payment details to do so.

• Although future payments should be taken automatically, Client is responsible

for monitoring renewal dates and ensuring payments are made.

• 3KITS is to be provided with full and unrestricted access to a web hosting

account, necessary to conduct his work. After completion of work, Client may
remove 3KITS access to the hosting account and website CMS if desired.

• Client is responsible for ensuring 3KITS is supplied with content material in a

timely manner. All domain names and contents of the website to be property
of Client. (Excludes photographic copyright for any images taken by 3KITS)

8. Limitation of Liability
• 3KITS will not be liable for any damages or losses, financial or otherwise, to
Clients, its partners, clients, heirs or any third parties, resulting directly or
indirectly from circumstances outside his control, including but not limited to:
host server downtime, errors or faults due to web host; failure by Client to
renew hosting account;

• Websites to be checked and verified by Client as functional and correct before

launch. Launch implies this has occurred satisfactorily.

9. Termination
• In the very unlikely event that 3KITS is unable to complete the agreed work for
Client for any reason, e.g. ill health or unforeseen technical issues, 3KITS
liability is limited to a refund to the Client of the deposit paid. In this case, any
and all part completed work by 3KITS remains the property of Client.

10. Entire Agreement
This agreement contains the entire understanding between 3KITS and Client. It
replaces any prior agreements that may have been made.

11. Declaration
I have read, fully understand and agree to the terms of this proposal, quotation and
agreement on pages 1-6.
