4.3 Assumption and dependencies

The following assumptions will be taken into consideration by Master Computech Pvt. Ltd.
• All the relevant content, images, visuals, words of text, PDF Documents, branding guidelines and
any other useful information for the web site would be provided by the client.
• Client will provide dedicated point of contact for timely communication, content and on-time
feedback
• The client will provide clarification of doubts at the earliest possible.
• Charges will increase with the change in the scope.
• Service Tax would extra as applicable on the date. However, for companies incorporated outside
India this tax is not applicable as long as the payment is made is US$.

products for Men and Women under various categories. The details scope of the functionality shall be as

6.2 Payment Terms


• 50% Advance against Design & Development
• 30 % after completion of functionality and testing on beta server
• Balance 20 % after going live or 15 days after completion of testing on beta server whichever is
earlier.
• 100% advance for other items
• Project commencement is subject to the disbursement of advance amount and signing of contract.
• If there is any change in the scope of work from what has been finalized, then a re- work on time
frames and price estimates will be required.
• 18 % GST is applicable on all above charges. If the billing is in US$ then, GST is not applicable.
