Subject: Scope of Architecture Design

Dear Mr. Nouman/Mr.Waqas,

Concerning the captioned subject, the purpose of this letter of agreement is to outline the scope of
the services that we will perform for you.

Services to be rendered:
This Contract aims at finalizing the services of Architecture & consultancy for Mr. Nouman’s 4
Kanal 15 multi-storey to be built in Bahria Town.

Services Includes:
Architecture Design:
 Generating ideas for aesthetic possibilities for space Plan layout.
 Proposed Elevations ( front & sides)
 Providing the Working Drawings.
 Sanitation Layout.
 Electrical layouts
 3D views(2). (Front Elevation)
 Boundary wall Design
 Stair Design

1. REMUNERATION STRUCTURE:

• The amount for Above Mentioned Architecture Design Services is 1,50,000 PKR/Only.
 (One hundred and fifty thousand only)

2. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
 50% of the payment will be paid on the signing of the agreement letter.
 50% remaining payment will be due upon completion of the drawings.

TERMS &CONDITIONS

 The client should take care of All the concerns regarding authority i.e. DHA BAHRIA &
other departments.
 Submission / Revised Submision Drawing charges shall be paid by client.
 Structure Drawings & other Consultants i:e Electrical & Sanitation charges shall be paid by
client.
 The demand for 3D views other than the prescribed limit will be charged an extra @
Rs.15,000/view.
 There will be two proposals provided to the client.
 A combination would be allowed for direct bank transfer or payment by cash.
 Set of complete Working Drawings to be delivered to the client within 1 month after the
approval of plans by client.
 We are not responsible for any tax imposed in connection with the services.
 The site visit will be charged 3000 PKR. (per visit. )
