documents and verbal instructions or otherwise noted below:

Engineering Services for Project Plans PHP 40,000.00

Vat Excluded

Terms of Payment: Fifty Percent (50%) Down payment, Fifty Percent (50%) through progress billing.

Notes:
1. Only Scopes of work will be done in the attached plan submitted to us.
2. All Permits, Plans and Corresponding Fees is provided.
3. Revisions is up to three times only, corresponding reprinting costs is provided by
the client.
4. As-Built Plans is provided upon completion a week after.
5. Price offered is valid within Seven (7) Days.
6. Work to be done in Seven (7) Working Days after receiving DP.
