office at S.G Highway, Ahmedabad.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we shall be very glad to render our services &

our scope of work, Scale of charges, mode of payment etc. shall be as here

under :

SCOPE OF SERVICES :

1. Preparing sketch plans based on your requirements after visiting the site.
2. Preparing Block estimate for the project.
3. Preparing working drawings pertaining to Architecture, Civil, Interior,
Electrification for execution of the works.
4. Advising the client for fixing up the contractor for execution of the work.
5. Periodical supervision during the execution of the work.

SCALE OF CHARGES :

Our professional fees shall be paid @ 12% ( Twelve only) + Service tax, on
total actual cost of project

MODE OF PAYMENT ;

1. Rs. 10,000/- + Service tax to be paid advance along with the

confirmation.
2. Installation as per the bill certified from time to time.
