Dear client
This letter will confirm our agreement concerning the professional services we will provide for your
residence. It is understood that the project specifically involved (spaces discuss with clients)

Scope of work :
Design concept services

1. Measuring existing spaces and prepare sketches or take photos of


existing interior .
2. Discuss specific needs and preferences.
3. Prepare conceptual furniture floor plan.
4. Making prime selection and colour theme for new furniture items
to be purchased as well selection of Wall floor and window
treatments.
5. Prepare a budget of the project6. Review everything every point

➢ But our work does not include services provided by contractors such as plumbing,
electrical, ventilation, etc.

DESIGN FEES :

• We charge on both basis hourly or as a fixed fees.


Acc. To the basis on hourly charge all the time spend on the project will be considered design
fees (answering clients emails / phone calls , researching , purchasing products , drawings ,
making modifications to plan etc.
• The design fees will be charged in increments and should be paid upon receipt of invoice.

DRAWINGS :

• Our drawings and plans are conceptual in nature and are intended to set forth design intent.
• Our drawings also rely on the validity and accuracy of the information provided by the client,
therefore you’re not liable for any miscalculations or design flaws caused by inaccurate
information.
• Our interior design contract that your drawings are to be used for this specific design project
only and cannot be used by the client for any other purpose.
PURCHASING :

• Will not purchase any goods for the project until a deposit has been made by the client to
pay for said goods.
• If the client wishes to make the purchases directly from the vendors , so they can.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION :

• Once furnishing items are purchased or an order has been placed, they will most likely be non-
refundable, especially custom-made order. As such that you will not reimburse the client if a
refund from the vendor or a cancellation of the order are not be possible.

REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES :
• Reimburse for any out-of-pocket expenses we incur related to the interior design project. For
example , travel costs (if any), postage charges, storage costs, etc.

PAYMENT :
• Any payments not received within 10 days of this interior design contract’s completion will be
considered late.
• Late payments will be subject to a 10% late fee and all work will cease until invoice is paid.
• We don’t accept credit cards.
• Violation of this confidentiality clause shall be grounds for legal action against the offending
party.
• Upon the conclusion of this contract, the Client will return all documents, drawings, and forms
to us and will receive any necessary copies for their records.

CONTRACTORS AND CONSULTANTS :


• Since we are an interior designer and not a contractor or a consultant, we will not be
held accountable for their work. The client have to sign a separate agreement with the
contractor; our contract mention that we do not provide a warranty or guarantee of their
part of the project, and the quality of their work and performance depends entirely on
them. However, we can reassure client that we will supervise the work being done to
make sure your designs are on track.

INSURANCE :
• our interior design contract include a section about insurance coverage. Client is required to
have insurance coverage for all furnishings and materials during handling, moving, storage, and
installation. Client is responsible for ensuring that their insurance coverage is sufficient per this
Agreement. Designer cannot be held responsible to inadequate insurance coverage.
PHOTOGRAPHS & PUBLICITY:

• Client agrees to allow Designer and/or Designer's representatives to photograph Project during all sta
ges of Design Services including when project is complete. Photographs will be used for business pu
rposes, including, but not limited to: press, publications, online, social media, marketing, advertising,
and print. Designer will not disclose address or Client’s name without prior consent. Costs of photo
graphs and publicity are the responsibility of the Designer. Additionally, if Client or Client's agents
document the Project, Designer shall be given credit as the designers if documentation is released pu
blicly.

TERMINATION:

• Designer or Client can terminate this agreement by notifying the other party in writing. Client will
be responsible for any outstanding reimbursable charges and hourly fees. All in-process proposals
and orders will be completed by Designer and delivered to Client at hourly rate. If a balance
remains in Client’s account, the amount will be refunded less any outstanding reimbursable
charges or design fees. Client agrees to take no action which is intended, or would reasonably be
expected, to harm the Designer’s reputation or which would reasonably be expected to lead to
unwanted or unfavorable publicity to the Designer.

❖ By signing below, the Parties agree they have read, understood, and will
comply with the terms listed in this interior designcontract.
