Project Description:

The Contractor agrees to provide the following services for the bathroom renovation project
located at [Client's Address]:

Scope of Work:

1. Demolition of existing fixtures, materials, and structures, including but not limited to walls,
flooring, plumbing, and electrical systems.
2. Inspection and evaluation of the existing plumbing and electrical systems for compliance with
local building codes.
3. Design and layout planning in collaboration with the Client, including the selection of fixtures,
tiles, cabinetry, and other materials.
4. Procurement and installation of plumbing fixtures (sink, toilet, shower, bathtub), electrical
fixtures (lighting, outlets, exhaust fans), and all necessary accessories.
5. Installation of new flooring, tiles, and wall covering in accordance with the approved design.
6. Construction of custom cabinetry and installation of countertops.
7. Painting, sealing, and finishing work, including necessary touch-ups.
8. Cleanup and responsible removal of debris and old fixtures.
9. Coordination with necessary team/subcontractors, such as plumbers, electricians, and tile
installers, to ensure quality workmanship.

Project Timeline:

Contractor will provide regular updates to the Client regarding project progress.

Total Project Cost:

Payment Terms:

Warranty:

are not the result of misuse or negligence.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this Contract in writing if the other party fails to perform their
obligations, or if circumstances beyond their control prevent the completion of the project. In
the event of termination, the parties will agree on the final payment, accounting for work
completed and expenses incurred.

Governing Law:

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the UAE laws, and any
legal disputes arising from this Contract will be resolved in accordance with the laws of United
Arab Emirates.

Entire Agreement:

This Contract represents the entire agreement between the Client and the Contractor and
supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Change Orders:

Any changes to the project scope must be requested in writing by the Client and approved by
both parties. The Contractor will provide a written change order, including the impact on project
cost and timeline, for Client's approval before implementing any changes.

Indemnity and Insurance:

The Contractor maintains liability insurance and will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety
of the work site. The Client agrees to hold the Contractor harmless for any injuries, damages, or
claims related to the project.

Permits and Inspections:

The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and scheduling
inspections as required by local community/building Management. The Client will provide
access to the property for inspections as needed.

Materials and Equipment:

The Contractor will provide all necessary materials, equipment, and tools required to complete
the project. The Client will be responsible for the cost of materials, as outlined in the Payment
Schedule.

Client Responsibilities:

The Client agrees to:

1. Provide access to the property for the Contractor and subcontractors as necessary.
2. Approve design plans and changes promptly.
3. Make timely payments according to the Payment Schedule.
4. Notify the Contractor promptly of any concerns or changes to the project scope.

Force Majeure:

The parties will not be liable for delays or failures in performing their obligations under this
Contract if such delays or failures are due to circumstances beyond their control, such as acts of
God, natural disasters, labor health, or government actions.

Severability:

If any provision of this Contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining


provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Amendments:

Any changes or amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both
parties.
