MAM :

26% April to 85 % May

Situation:

The percentage of monthly active merchants became low by the month of April.

Task:

Ensuring QR code density in all Outlets and improved the service touch points of BDE.

Focused on Acquisition of new outlets and cracking the competition QR outlets.

Action:

Ensuring the service approach of BDE includes APP Usage and Rapo building in Market with
Merchants to use QR Codes.

BDE educating Merchants about the advantages of using Phone Pe QR Codes.

Ensuring the QR at Arm Reach Length in all outlets.

Result:

Have increased the Percentage of MAM in MAY will work towards achieving 100% MAM month on
month.

BDE percentage Earning:

Situation : 0%

I have joined the team by March 5th and took time to set the Team.

Task : 

Making BDE to Earn Incentives Regularly. 

Actions: 

My BDE are new players in the team, i have taken regular calls and made then understand the
importance of Incentives. 

Taking them through the key Parameters on earning incentives and assigning daily task to ensure
moving towards the goal. 

Sharing them earned point Calculation Vs eligibility criteria. 

b>Result: 

Going forward I assure the percentage of BDE earning incentives increases as team is set now. 

QR Density:

81% April to 100 % May

Situation:
Competitor QR presence were high in the Market.

During the lock down situation the QR Density became low by 81 %.

Task:  

Increasing the QR density in the Market, cracking competition QR usage.

b>Actions: 

Ensuring 3 + QR in all stores, updating the stores with New QR 

Educating BDE on the need of 3 QR in a store and in arm reach length.

Regular Follow up on QR addition and ensuring the stocks carried by BDE to market on Daily Basis.

b>Result:

Taking forward this 100 % on month on month and ensuring cracking of competition QR regularly.

App used to Service Ratio:

46% April To 82% May

Situation:

The App Usage ratio got down completely due to the market situation and absence of knowledge
about the app. The percentage of app Used got down drastically.

Task:

Made Business App Login Mandatory for both Service and On-boarding.

Sharing Knowledge on the App updates to BDE and the importance of app Usage by Merchant.

Actions:

Training BDE on the app Usage and guiding them in Market ensuring the Merchant uses the business
app Regularly.

Downloading Knowledge to the merchant the need and updates happening in the Merchant Business
app.

Training the merchant to view transactions and editing profiles on their own.

Result:

Have achieved 82% in the month of May and will increase the percentage of app used to service
drastically.
