Work Order for Interior Design

I. The Job

We are hiring interior Designer to perform work in/on d-33/2 MIDC, Miraj .
416410.

II. Specific Services

Designer will perform the following services as part of this job:

A. Design. All interior Design (civil, Electrical, Commercial, enteral & external
design, planning and implementation,

B. Details. All about furniture, wall colors, Plantation, lighting etc. that Designer
and Client will agree upon

III. The Work

Work will begin on as soon as possible

Work will happen in the following phases: Ground Floor, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor.
Parking, Watchmen Cabin, Outdoor Plant etc. (as per mutual Understanding)

Designer will use the following contractors or third-party employees for the
completion of the work: we can provide list of contractors to you.

Contractor RA bills raised in Designer scope.

Total Work Based on Percentage which we expense on Design excluding Civil


works, Including Ceiling, Electricals, Color, Furniture etc

Supply is our scope .

IV. Payment

Client will pay Designer 5% of Basic Amount which Expenses to above project
under your Guidance as per our schedule of payment upon work. for these
services.

This fee is payable by Cheque/ RTGS to respected Account, Will do 11000 as


Advance for planning of this project. 15% Fee Amount will be paid on Completion
Of Project within 90 days. TDS will applicable as per govt norms.
V. Changes

Any changes made to this plan must be discussed with us and approved in Oral
& writing before their implementation. Our Keypersons is Mr Chandrashekhar
Oza & Mahesh Oza , Prashant Pathak is a authorized for any big Approvals .

VI. Cancellation

Client has the right to terminate this agreement if any improper work or dislike
Designer has the right to terminate this agreement if any reason
