residential Project “Urban Residency” At S.No. 7B plot No 52 to 57
within Urban Republic Township, Miraj

Dear Sir,

As per the personal discussion with you, we would like to entrust you as a
Project Architect for our Project “Urban Residency” At S.No. 7B plot No 52 to 57,
within Urban Republic Township, Miraj. The planning requirements are attached
herewith.
We would like to offer you a fees of Rs. 15/- per sqft on builtup area or Rs.
20/- per sqft on saleable area (negotiable) which works out at around 21 lakhs. The
planning services includes concept drawings, Municipal drawings, Working
drawings, other architectural design-details, RCC drawings, MEP drawings, details
for building services etc.
First of all you can undertake and furnish us concept plan based on our
requirements. If your concept comes to be workable then we can go & continue the
further work. For this concept plan we would like to offer the upfront Advance of
Rs. 50,000/- (Non-refundable) (25,000+25,000) for initial planning, if we like the
planning concept then we will continue the further work and the advance will be
deducted from your fees.
