Submitting proposal to PMC

On completion of brickwork

On virtual Completion of work

On obtaining Occupancy from PMC

Balance

Total fess is the 5 % of the total cost of work(Rs.50,0000/-) i.e 2,50,000 Rs.

NOTE: Charges are exclusive of 10% of taxes and Certificates are supposed to be provided by
you . Incase, if you want us to get certificates extra charges will be applies per certificate.
