Sub.:- Quotation for Documentation Compliances

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the discussions we had with regards to providing our services of
Documentation Compliances for Redevelopment.

Further with reference to the same we are pleased to forward our Quotation with Scope
of work for the same.

A. Scope of Work:

1. Documentation Compliances for Redevelopment as per the Government GR.

2. Arrangement for Builder Selection Meeting in the presence of the Cooperative Officer.

4. Arranging Video Shooting along with Observer from Co-Operative Department

during Builder Finalization Meeting.

5. Arrangement for No Objection Certificate from the Cooperative Department.

(Note : Incidental Charges to be borne by the Developer for the same)

B. Commercial Terms:
Our Consultation Charges:

A. up to 30 Members Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs only)

B. 30 to 60 Members Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lacs only)
C. 60 to 100 Members Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs only)
D. 100 Members & above Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs only)

C. Payment Terms:

1. 50 % advance along with work order

2. 50% to be paid equally within a period of 3 months from finalization of our contract.

 D. Terms & Conditions:

1. Incidental/Misc charges, if any, to be paid to any Concerned Department have

not been included in our Consultation Charges. The same has to be paid
separately by the Developer.
2. The scope of work is restricted only up to the extent of Documentation
compliances with Cooperative Department
3. Dealing, Communicating and / or coordination with the Society/ Committee
members is not a part of the scope of work, which please be noted.
4. Dealing with Society Committee members is related only to the Documentation
part.
5. Only Video shooting General Body meeting is involved in above scope of work.
6. Time is the essence of the contract. Time frame for this contract will be for a
period of 3 months only after Developers tender finalization by Society.
