Professional Fees

Our fees shall be Rs.15/SqFt for Architectural design services, assuming 6 months as the project completion.
The fees shall be net and free of Service Tax which will be invoiced in addition. **This fee is valid for 60 days from the date of submission**

An advance of 10% amount which is Rs. 30,000/- for project confirmation. Other terms and conditions are given here (which shall be sent to you). This letter together with terms and conditions given in our offer letter constitutes the agreement.
