Sub: Professional Consultancy Services towards structural concept development design, Draughting & Supervision -
For the Proposed Mezzanine Floor Details for Hard Rock Cafe @ Guwahati.
We thank you for considering us for the Professional Consultancy Services. Based on the discussions we had
regarding the above said project, we through this letter, wish to define the scope of Services Offered and inform you
of the Professional Fees thereof.
The services offered include the following:

1. PRELIMINARY DESIGN : Concept development , layout planning & structuring with preliminary
Structural Analysis and Design pertaining to IS standards of practice including Schematic Drawings.

2. FINAL STRUCTURAL DESIGN: Working out detailed design drawings including drawings fit for
Construction. (Fabrication drawing if any to be submitted by vendor to us).

The Fee Structure for the above said services shall be a Lump Sum of Rs.50,000/-
The above fee excludes GST (as applicable).
Stage of payment on presentation of bill shall be as follows:
Retainer-ship of Rs.25,000 fees payable, along with Letter of Appointment.
Balance in 1 installment.

Any change of scope of services or additional services required shall be negotiated and finalized before Additional
