 CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT
1. SCOPE OF WORK:
The Architect shall provide services in respect of the following works:
1 Planning showing the relationships between rooms, spaces and other physical
features. @ 5000 /-
2 Architectural Drawings i.e. Elevation, Working Drawings @ 10000 /-
3 Interior Design of café cum hotel @ 25000 /-
4 3d visualization. @ 10000 /-

2. SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT:
The Architect shall be paid professional fee in the following stages consistent with the
work done plus other charges and reimbursable expenses as agreed upon. :
Stage 1

On appointment/ Signing of Agreement/ __ Rs. 15,000-00

Acceptance of offer.
Stage 2
__ Rs. 20,000-00
On Finalization Of 3d and interior design

Stage 3
__ Rs. 15,000-00
On Finalization Of Architectural Drawings
