homogeneity of style. It was at this era that the level of creative creation for the top elements of
society reached a high peak that was never surpassed, though it was equaled throughout
subsequent periods.[26] Egypt's affluence in the late Twelfth Dynasty was mirrored in the quality of
the raw materials used for royal and private monuments.
