Dear Sir;

Respectfully submitting herewith our proposal for the design and construction services of the proposed
INTERIOR IMPROVEMENT of condo unit at San Remo, SRP, Cebu City with the following details:

A. SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Prepare detailed design drawings for the interior layout, floor plans, elevations and electrical
2. Specify paint colors & stains for any refinishing surfaces (walls and cabinets)
3. Specify/select/order samples for tiles, countertops, backsplash materials
4. Suggest lighting fixtures and furnishings
5. Project management for on going design services and the design implementation of the project.
Client/contractor meetings, on site consultations/meetings, administrative services such as
coordination with developer for restrictions and permit concerns.
6. Supply of all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of interior of the condo unit.

B. CONTRACT PRICE

1. Professional fee for the design services- Php 55,000.00

2. Construction Cost (excluding furnishings)- Php 195,000.00

C. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Fifty percent down payment

2. Remaining balance by progress billing
3. Permit fees shall be on the owner’s account

D. DURATION:

1. Plans and designs- 15 working days

2. Permits – 7 working days
3. Construction- 30 working days (except for modular cabinets with at least 45 days delivery lead
time)
