We are pleased to submit our proposal to collaborate a moving service with your company to
help the consumers in Malaysia. We heard about your moving issues from your client, Ms. Tan
Siew Li on social media. We are the only company that has been moving for 10 years and
collaborate with 4 furniture companies in Selangor. Our company have a professional organizer
to help consumers pack new furniture and send it to their house and also clean up. Moreover, we
are the only moving company that collaborates with IKEA in Kuala Lumpur and this will bring
more advantages to your business. Our niche is that we are a company provide finishing and
categorize their old furniture to new house. In this proposal, we are including our plan, schedule,
staffing, budget, and authorisation.

Background
(Background & purpose)
Your company is one of the largest furniture mass merchandisers in the country. In this highly
competitive market, it really needs to rely on some strategies and innovative marketing
techniques. We understand that your company is a company that sells high-quality furniture at
low prices. We also understand that your company provides moving services for customers. Due
to the intense competition in the market, we are willing to help your company to provide
strategies, innovative and unique ways to help your company stand firm in the market.

We are willing to be the only company in Malaysia to help your company provide moving
services in order to improve your company's performance and increase your customer base. What
we will do for customers is to pack the furniture they purchased, transport it safely to the new
location, and then help customers furnish and organise a professional organiser. In addition, we
will also help customers provide services for recycling old furniture. The one-stop service we
provide is to give customers convenience and save time.
(Problem & solution)
After talking about furniture transportation through your customers, we also made some
observations so that we can analyze it. The following is a problem we observed. We observe that
your company has not handled it properly in transportation, and consumers need to move to their
homes and install it themselves. This may cause consumers' dissatisfaction that there is no
thoughtful service. At the same time this may affect your marketing and performance.

We know that there are many reasons why you can't provide too many services to consumers.
The first reason is that there are not enough employees in the company, and the second reason is
that the cost is too high. This reason will make the company hesitate to make some
improvements. But your company may not have a solution. However, let the company enter a
state of stagnation.

The situation of your company will definitely improve a lot if you choose to cooperate with us.
As we will give full play to our role, that is, to provide customers with transportation, packaging
furniture and provide professional organizer. Our transportation includes delivering to the
consumer's home and providing complete packaging of the furniture to prevent the furniture
from being damaged. We will even give suggestions to the consumer to help him arrange and
design the furniture and home. Apply our skills to your company. This plan will not only enable
you to regain your market position, but also carry out brand marketing. And seize the largest
market share. Here we propose the solution.

Plan
To ensure the moving service runs smoothly, the following plans are suggested by us.

1. Professional Packing and Unpacking


Our highly skilled team is well at handling various types of furniture when moving. We
will assign 3 to 5 staff for the customers each time of moving. The team would pack all
the customer’s belongings in the right-sized boxes by following the furniture list provided
by the customers and unpack them in their new house to save time.

2. Protection from Damage and Loss


We will ensure that no part of the furniture is damaged during transit. Also, we use
industry-leading packaging materials to protect furniture to minimize the risk of damage.
The staff also understand how to properly protect the floors so no damage will be
occurring.

3. Timely Delivery
We prioritize punctuality to ensure that the furniture arrives in their new house within the
agreed-upon time. Before arriving at their new house, our staff will call the customers to
inform them. We had considered the working time of the customers, we could provide the
customers for moving in the weekend by booking time with us.

4. Provide professional organizer


For customers who do not know the arrangement of furniture, we will provide
professional advice on the arrangement of the furniture. When our employees help
customers move, our furniture decoration consultants will put forward better suggestions
to arrange furniture, make the home furnishings neat and beautiful, and increase
customers' confidence in our services.

5. Help customers recycle old furniture


If a customer has some furniture that needs to be sold or used for environmental
protection or Tzu Chi when they move, they can be handed over to our staff to help the
customer organize and classify the old furniture for recycling.

Our company has been involved in service to moving furniture for 10 years. Our service is safe,
fast, and convenient to our clients. We have also collaborated with professional interior designers
in order to help customer to design their new home and 4 furniture companies in Selangor.

Our project manager is Ms Angeline, who has had experience in this field for more than 10
years. She had a good reputation and served as countless project managers. She is always
successful and makes few mistakes.

She will be assisted by 1 team, 3 to 5 staff members for moving and packing. The staff members
are professional organizers who would pack all the customer’s belongings and put the furniture
in their new house to save time. All of them have vast experience in their respective fields.
