a. Sweeping, cleaning, employing waste paper baskets, disposal of garbage as per your direction. b. Wet/ damp moping, drying dusting if all overhead fittings, doors, windows, blinds, furniture floor area etc. c. Brushing and cleaning of carpet as and when required. d. Through cleaning of floor whenever required. e. Apart from brushing of carpets, chairs it is recommended that these items be shampooed /dry-cleaned at least once in a quarter. The charges for these services are extra in the monthly services charges for routine executive housekeeping. OUR APPROACH TO THE ASSIGNMENT Approach: Our standard approach to the housekeeping assignment is to ensure both visual and hygienic cleaning of your premises. Routine Cleaning: The cleaning routine will be undertaken as mutually agreed schedule. Super Cleaning As a composite service, the super cleaning is usually done on week ends or depending upon the traffic at your premises. It comprises a through scrubbing of the entire area covering the cleaning of the floor level. Toilet and Wash area: We apply special attention to these areas as they are prone to unhygienic condition, if not cleaned properly. Cleaning of such areas will be done frequently. All toilet bowl, wash basin etc. are cleaned with disinfectants, dried and are always maintained in a dry and hygienic condition. Material: For proper maintenance of furniture, fixtures etc. proper cleaning material should be used. We use reputed quality material, each one specifically formulated for the specific job. Therefore, not only is cleaning ensured but in

addition the upkeep and maintenance of furniture, fixtures etc. is also assured. All materials required for housekeeping jobs will be provided by us or as mutually agreed upon to ensure that the cleaning is maintained up to the mark.
