Terms and Conditions

HEADING

1. The [COMPANY.Company] shall provide janitorial services

to [CLIENT.Company] for a period of [PERIOD] commencing
from [START DATE] to [END DATE].
2. The [COMPANY.Company] agrees to provide services with [NUMBER
OF WORKERS] number of workers for [NUMBER OF DAYS] days of the
week.
3. The [COMPANY.Company] workers shall be responsible for cleaning
and dusting doors, windows, glass, furniture, and office equipment on
the [CLIENT.Company] premises located at [LOCATION OF PREMISES].
However, they shall not handle sensitive electrical or electronic
equipment without pre-agreed-upon supervision.
The [COMPANY.Company] shall be responsible for any damage to
furniture, doors, windows, glass or office property being cleaned that
occur specifically because of the cleaning workers negligence.
The [COMPANY.Company] will try their best to reduce and rectify the
damage.

4. An appointed representative of [CLIENT.Company] must make any

complaints of misbehavior or negligence about our staff directly to
the Manager of [COMPANY.Company]. [CLIENT.Company] may request
the company to remove any offending worker from the premises.
However, [CLIENT.Company] shall not subject the concerned worker
to any punitive action without the presence of
a [COMPANY.Company] representative. After a proper verification of
facts, the [COMPANY.Company] shall immediately replace the
offending worker in such a situation.
5. This contract is terminable at a notice of seven days from either side.
Any outstanding amount must be settled within fifteen days of the
termination of the contract.
