5.1.1 Key Roles and Responsibilities:


 Handle both import and export air and ocean shipments effectively and efficiently.
 Provide the necessary information to client regarding air/ocean import and export
requirements of Ethiopia and any other country as per client’s request, prepare
marketing material in consultation with each section heads and all staff members.
 Notify clients about the whereabouts of their goods on a routine basis.
 Administer freight documentation effectively and timely.
 Distribute market promotional materials and advertising contents to potential clients
in consultation with the line manager
 Study and analyze competitive company`s services as well as price index.
 Design and develop marketing strategies.
