Hi,

Welcome abroad “Mystic Meadows”, India’s First Eco-friendly Forest Villa Project, made
completely out of imported Russian Pine Wood, prefabricated abroad with precision and
assembled at site.

We at Mystic Meadows care for the environment as much as we care for our customers. The
wood which is used by us is renewable and duly regulated by the concerned authorities. Apart
from these, the wooden house, upon completion, becomes an aesthetically pleasing view
sans any garbage around that is usually left behind on construction sites.
Spread over three acres of pure bliss, stone throwing distance from The Majestic Gorumara
Forest, the project is surrounded by dense jungle on two sides and green tea plantation on
one side.
We are currently looking for a creative agency to work on various marketing collaterals for
this upcoming project. Kindly go through the “Scope of Work” details provided herein and
then we can sit and discuss on the economics involved and how we can get associated.
For your reference and information, we are attaching herein some sample creatives from
various projects to make you understand our needs.
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW)
1. Designing of Logo with Tagline for the project which can be Registered & Trade
Marked in the future. The name of the project and the tagline is given below for your
reference. Also design letterheads, envelops, visiting cards and all office collaterals.
2. Location layout creation, as per sample attached.

3. Designing the 2D land layout of the project as provided by the architect.


(SOW will be discussed during the meeting. Landscaping ideas sharing will be a major
part of this discussion)
4. 3D Bird’s Eye View Layout of the above project plan in point 3, as per sample below

5. 2D & 3D rendering of the elevation of the Duplex Model (Autocad will be provided)

7. 2-3 pages dedicated to the features available in the project (some to be rendered as
per layout, some to be used as Royalty / Royalty free images from the internet)

8. One dedicated page with the rendered front elevation of the bungalow in detail with
hedge fencing and front garden photo and construction details and specifications.
9. 2D layout of both the floors of the Bungalow as per below design.

10. 3D rendering of Both floors as per above plan, one in angular view, one in top view as
shown below for both floors including porch and balcony.

12. Four/Five dedicated pages describing the features of the adjoining Resort with 3D
rendering for Reception & Lounge, Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Resort Duplex
Elevation, Room Interior rendering and some random landscaping rendering.

13. Once the entire exercise is complete, the agency has to hand over all Original files in
Raw Format (CWD/TIFF/PSD etc) before the final payment instalment is cleared. All
files will have proprietary rights of the company.

14. Once the brochure design is completed, we will float the requirement of the 3D
Walkthrough. On completion of project, a site videography needs to be done too.

15. We will prefer to handover the Digital Marketing of the project to the same agency
who will be doing our entire work. However, we are not obliged to do the same and
can hire separate agency for separate promotions.

Based on our above requirements from Point 1 to 12, kindly put forward your best tentative
quote for the entire job on a turnkey basis and your realistic TAT. All drawing will be provided
from our end in Auto-cad format. All rendering (2D-3D) are in your scope. If any Royalty
photographs need to be purchased, we will do the same on your identification and request.
