separate paper attached hereto. If any further information is required about
the said property I will furnish the same to you when required.
I authorise you to find out any prospective buyer and to bring him to
negotiate with me or my advocate to finalise the terms of sale. The price
expected by me is not less than Rs.. . . . and all the costs by way of stamp

duty and registration charges will be payable by the buyer.
I agree to pay you brokerage at ... per cent of the agreed price exclusive
