COMMISSION AGREEMENT

This COMMISSION AGREEMENT (the “AGREEMENT”) is entered into as of [Insert Date] by and between

INSERT ADDRESS, the ‘SELLER’

And

i. ABDULLAH SM ASIF, having Bangladeshi National ID No: INSERT NID NUMBER, having
permanent address INSERT ADDRESS and

ii. MD. SHOHEL RANA, having Bangladeshi National ID No: INSERT NID NUMBER, having
permanent address INSERT ADDRESS and

iii. BELAL HOSSAIN, having Bangladeshi National ID No: INSERT NID NUMBER, having permanent
address INSERT ADDRESS and

iv. INSERT NAME, having Bangladeshi National ID No: INSERT NID NUMBER, having permanent
address INSERT ADDRESS

v. INSERT NAME, having Bangladeshi National ID No: INSERT NID NUMBER, having permanent
address INSERT ADDRESS

Collective be called the “AGENT”

Both of whom agree to be bound by this AGREEMENT and together SELLER and the AGENT are referred to
as the “PARTIES”.

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the legal owner of the residential property addressed House - 60, Road – 13,
Sector – 4, Uttara, Dhaka 1230, Bangladesh, and is interested to sell the property through the AGENT.

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to designate the AGENT to find a BUYER for the aforesaid property; and

WHEREAS, the SELLER and the AGENT desire to enter into an ARRANGEMENT whereby the SELLER will
pay a COMMISSION to the AGENT for the efforts of the AGENT according to the terms and conditions
herein.
This AGREEMENT sets out how the SELLER and AGENT will work together for their mutual benefit.
Therefore, under this ARRANGEMENT the PARTIES will work together in connection with facilitating
various activities set in sections below:

1. DESCRIPTION.

This AGREEMENT shall only be valid for the property mentioned below:

 DETAILS OF PROPERTY:

o Property Address: House - 60, Road - 13, Sector - 4, Uttara, Dhaka – 1230, Bangladesh.
o Schedule of Property

2. TERM.

 This AGREEMENT shall be valid for 10 Working Days (TEN). Within this time, the AGENT
shall arrange a meeting between the SELLER and BUYER and ensure a successful appearance
of both the SELLER and BUYER at RAJUK OFFICE for the purpose of Declaration of
Ownership Transfer and First Payment by the BUYER to the SELLER.

 Any delay due to paperwork of the transfer of property like obtaining the sale permission or
any other party where it is the responsibility of the SELLER or BUYER to arrange, and not of
the AGENT shall not be counted as a Working Day mentioned in this AGREEMENT.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF AGENT.

In consideration for the COMMISSION share granted herein, the AGENT shall perform the
following duties:

 Find, negotiate, and finalize a BUYER for the SELLER;

 Assist the BUYER and SELLER in completing paperwork as needed; and

 Performing other such duties and services as may be assigned by the SELLER to accomplish
the aims of this AGREEMENT in the time, place, and manner deemed appropriate by the
AGENT.

4. COMMISSION.

 The SELLER agrees to sell the previously mentioned property at BDT 8 Crore (Bangladeshi
Taka Eight Crore Only).

 Any amount beyond this BDT 8 Crore (Bangladeshi Taka Eight Crore Only) will be
considered and given to the AGENT as COMMISSION by the SELLER.
 The COMMISSION shall be given in proportion to the amount received by the SELLER from
the BUYER at instant, as per the agreed payment schedule between the SELLER and BUYER.

5. EFFECT OF TERMINATION.

Upon termination of the AGREEMENT, the following shall occur:

 The AGENT shall only receive the COMMISSION share described herein for the successfully
selling the property as a direct result of the AGENT’s efforts.

6. NO MODIFICATION UNLESS IN WRITING.

No modification of this AGREEMENT shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both
PARTIES.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

This AGREEMENT represents the full understanding of the PARTIES and shall supersede all
previous oral or written agreements regarding the subject matter herein.

8. APPLICABLE LAW.

This AGREEMENT and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed and construed by in
accordance with the laws of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the Parties has executed this AGREEMENT, both PARTIES by its duly
authorized officer, as of the day and year set forth in this AGREEMENT.
