beyond our agreed selling price. All amount over our selling price shall be credited to you, your co-brokers and/or with sales
agents. You are free to advertise in any reasonable medium the above-mentioned property including but not limited to print and
online media and advertisement on the property itself as long as all expenses shall be shouldered by you and shall not in any way
be deducted from our net selling price. You are given permission to enter the premises of the property for sale for the sole
purpose of transacting the sale of the said property, provided that a prior coordination with me or my authorized representatives is
met.
