COMMISION, OVERPRICE, EARNEST MONEY AND OPTION TO BUY:

Any overprice (if any) above the indicated price, should automatically be credited to the
Broker/Negotiator as added incentives. The commission of __________ Percent (____%) shall remain in full force
in case the SELLER approved and accepted the sell property lower than the authorized price. The Professional Fee
or Commission and Overprice if any shall be paid to the Broker/Negotiator upon receipt of the agree payments in
full or pro-rata basis.
In case an EARNEST MONEY or OPTION MONEY is deposited by the Buyer and forfeited the funds. The said
fund deposited shall equally divided and shared between the Seller and Broker/Negotiator. This Contract Agreed
shall be obligatory and binding upon the heirs, successors, administrator and assigns of the respective properties.

PERIOD OF AUTHORITY:
Period of Authority to Sell ______________________ until the property sold.
It is clearly and understood the term of this Authority, all negotiation regarding the sale of the above
property shall be coursed through the authorized Broker/Negotiator.
The Broker/Negotiator is still entitled to receive the Professional Fee or Commission and Overprice if any
to the respective properties even after the expiration of the authority to those BUYER (s) registered previously by
the Broker/Negotiator Who later buy the property.
This AUTHORITY TO SELL. Shall for all legal intents and purposes is considered an OFFER TO SELL as
defined ender existing laws: and
The OWNER/SELLER warrants that they guarantee the Professional Fee or the Commission and other
incentives of the above named Broker/Negotiator, should be the BUYER whom you previously
registered/introduced to the SELLER, later enter onto an Agreement Transferring possession. Ownership or both
with or without knowledge of the above named BROKER/NEGOTIATOR.
