ENGR AMON REY LOQUERE, a licensed REAL ESTATE BROKER in the Philippines, of legal age, and
a resident of 32 BLISS, East Poblacion, Alburquerque, Bohol;

The undersigned Owner/Seller hereby gives to the undersigned Broker/Agent the right to sell a real estate

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Broker/Agent is granted the authority to advertise the property and post “For Sale” signs on the property.e
OWNER/SELLER agrees:

a. To refer all inquiries and offers for the purchase of said property to the BROKER/AGENT;
b. To cooperate with the Broker/Agent in every way;
c. To pay the Broker/Agent a commission rate of ___%
if:
A Buyer is procured ready, willing and able to buy said property, or any part thereof, in accordance with the price,
terms and conditions of this Agreement, or such other price, terms and conditions as shall be acceptable to the
Owner/Seller, whether or not the transaction proceeds;
or;
The said property, or any part thereof, is sold through the efforts of anyone including the Owner/Seller, within the term
or period fixed in this Agreement
or;
The said property, or any part thereof, is sold even after the term of this Agreement to anyone who was introduced to
the said property through the efforts of the Broker/Agent or his/her agents prior to the expiration of the said term.

The Broker/Agent will register his/her Buyer through e-mail, Facebook/Messenger or via text message.

The OWNER/SELLER shall likewise pay the said BROKER/AGENT the commission agreed upon, within a hold-over
period of six months after the expiration of this agreement even if the buyer of the property was not introduced by the
BROKER/AGENT to the OWNER/SELLER;

Once an offer has been accepted in writing and a transaction is pending, the Broker/Agent shall have no obligation to
market the property or present further offers to the Owner/Seller unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Owner/Seller understands and agrees that the property will be marketed in compliance with all applicable
housing laws.
In order to introduce other Broker/Agents to the property and solicit their assistance in procuring a buyer, the
Broker/Agent may arrange to have this listing distributed through any multiple listing services (MLS) to which the
Broker/Agent has access. Any data regarding the property submitted by the Broker/Agent to an MLS shall be verified
by the Owner/Seller. Such data, together with any other information provided or obtained by the Broker/Agent with
respect to the property, may be disclosed to the prospective buyers and other Broker/Agents and may be included in
all listings, comparable books and other materials distributed by the MLS either before or after the term of this listing
or the sale of the property.

The Owner/Seller expressly authorizes the Broker/Agent to advertise the property in the MLS and offer compensation
to other firms.

The Owner/Seller expressly authorizes the Broker/Agent to advertise the property in other social media platforms
which may be applicable including but not limited to YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, etc.;

The Broker/Agent is further authorized to place a lock box on the property in order to facilitate entry by cooperating
Broker/Agents and others authorized to examine the property.

In the event Owner/Seller should change any terms and conditions of sale (e.g price), Broker/Agent shall be notified
in writing 30 days prior to such changes becoming effective, for the purposes of this agreement. Otherwise,
Owner/Seller and Broker/Agent are bound by all conditions and stipulations as stated.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owner/Seller and the Broker/Agent have hereunto set their hands on this
