*Please Note: ​Look through these dates below. ​If you must miss 5 rehearsals (or more) during the
summer, you may not be eligible for a role in the show.​ ​We hope you consider joining us backstage on crew.
Actors must be available and can only miss 4 rehearsals during the summer. You must sign and date the end
of this page and return prior to the read-through.

Tuesday: 6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23

(Friday rehearsals will be added as necessary from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)

Tech Week and Dress Rehearsals

Set Building and Load-In: Sunday, July 28th at noon
Tech Rehearsals: Monday, July 29th - Wednesday, July 31st
Call time: 5:00 PM
Dress Rehearsals: Tuesday, July 30th and Wednesday, July 31st
Call time: 6:00 PM

Performances (4)
1. Thursday, August 1st at 8 PM
2. Friday, August 2nd at 8 PM
3. Saturday, August 3rd at 8 PM
Call time: 6:00 PM
4. Sunday, August 4th at 2 PM
Call time: 12:30 PM

-Cast Party occurs immediately following the Saturday performance around 10:30 PM at the Park
-Set Strike occurs immediately following the Sunday matinee performance around 5:00 PM at the Park

After reviewing the dates and times above, please sign and date if the actor is able to attend all rehearsals,
allowing for only FOUR (4) ABSENCES. Tech week (July 28-July 31) and all performances (August 1-4) are
MANDATORY​!
