FALL

By: Janice B. Cuevas

As the sun sets its powerful light

As the clouds meet the noisy waves

As the horizon draws a line

I was trap slowly into your arms

You painted my life

Add color day and night

Even in the darkest side

You still light

Calling you my life is an understatement

You mean the whole world to me

Everything revolves around you

My world is no other than you

How did I fall?

Just like how the petals fall from its flower

Why did I fall?

You're still the same after all
