Viewing Tasks and Issues in the Outlook Calendar
Tasks and issues from Workfront are displayed in your Outlook calendar if they are assigned to you. Tasks and issues
that have a due date and that are assigned to you are displayed in your Outlook calendar on the date that they are due.
Tasks and issues with no due date are displayed in your calendar under the current day.

Synchronization of tasks and issues is one-way, from Workfront to Outlook. When you make a change to a synchronized
item in Outlook, the change is not reflected in Workfront.

To view Workfront items on the Outlook calendar, navigate to the Outlook calendar:
1. In Outlook, navigate to the Calendar area by clicking 'Calendar' in the lower-left corner of the Outlook client.

your personal calendar or calendars for projects that you have access to.

Tasks and Issues from Workfront that have a due date are displayed in the calendar on the date that they are
due. Tasks and issues with no due date are displayed in your calendar under the current day.
