2. Choose a place where you would like to establish your manufacturing unit
3. Explain the factors based on which you chose that place ( Proof for all points are needed)
4. Conduct a market survey and market research for the product

Review 2.

1. Prepare the process map for the manufacture of the product

2. Prepare a list of machinery, equipment and tools needed for the manufacture of the product
3. Calculate the electricity needed ( substantiate your calculation)
4. Get the specifications ( Mechanical and electrical ) of machines, equipment and motors
needed
5. Determine the size of the land and building needed
6. Provide drawing of machine layout in the building with dimensions of building, machine and
space between machines and building
7. Prepare a list of resources needed for the plant

Review 3

1. Calculate the cost of the project containing the following

a. Land
b. Building
c. Machine
d. Equipment
e. Tools
f. Raw material, consumables etc
g. Electricity and other resources

3. Calculate the break even point

4. Calculate profitability based on sales
5. Find out the GST for the raw material and finished product
6. Based on profit calculate income tax
7. Calculate the net profit.
