When you choose to visit a Members First provider, in most instances you will receive higher benefits for dental, optical, physiotherapy and chiropractic services as well as podiatry
consultations ensuring you can maximise value from your Bupa cover.
On Your Choice Extras you will have the certainty of receiving at least 60% back in most instances for dental, physio, chiro and podiatry consultations at Members First providers -
up to your yearly limits for the extras you select.

After Hours Medical Support


As a Bupa member you receive complimentary access to the After Hours Plus program from 13SICK, National Home Doctor Service. This means that when you need urgent
medical care after-hours and book a bulk-billed home visit, should you require commonly prescribed medications, they will be provided on the spot at no cost.

Ambulance
You are automatically covered for emergency ambulance services (including on-the-spot treatment and air services) from recognised providers in addition to your 4 selected
services, capped at one trip for singles and two trips for couples or family memberships per calendar year. For more information please refer to the Important Information Guide.
