at their right valuation

Management of trust fund


As CSR ensure that this fund is utilized

Working capital management


Ensure the group optimizes its working capital
Analyze the financial statements of subsidiaries

Preparation of Consolidated financial Statements

Ensure the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements by updating and maintaining the
relevant accounting records in accordance with accepted accounting principles
These would summarize and forecast the business activity and financial position in areas of income,
expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations for specific projects.

Manages or performs all activities related to financial accounting such as invoicing,


purchasing, management and payment of suppliers, management and payment of contracts,
cash-flow analysis, management of short and long-term debts, bank and other key
reconciliations, and general banking duties for new-plant / project construction

Communicate, co-ordinate and execute all banking transactions of the companies with proper controls

Participate in the budgeting process, report the relevant expenditure variances on a monthly basis and
facilitate the management accounting process with the required expenditure analysis

Advises management about insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential
losses and potential liabilities.

Communicate with Bankers with regard to maintenance of facilities and follow up on loan payments on
a monthly basis

Plan the short term cash requirements in order to meet the funding requirements indicated at
the beginning of the month and ensure that adequate funds are available

Ensure that all capital expenditure payments are made with proper approvals and prepare the fixed
asset register for the company.
Adherence to the statutory requirements regarding the shareholders and liaise with Company
Secretaries to ensure compliance

Coordinate with the company auditors and ensure that the annual audits are conducted to meet the
regulatory requirements.

Implementation of appropriate manual & computerised accounting systems to ensure proper recording
of transactions and preparation of monthly financials.
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial
systems.
