Executive Summary Attrition Analysis – Calculating the attrition of the ACIL for FY18. Comparing it with
attrition of FY17. How attrition affects the organization? Giving some recommendation to
reduce the attrition of organization.

Primary Responsibilities Finding attrition of the company:


 Monthly, quarterly and annual attrition of ACIL for the FY18 & comparison with
attrition of FY17.

Creating a template for the same in excel that will keep updating whenever raw data will
be filled.
 For different parameters like gender, business units, experience.

Identifying the reasons that lead to attrition:


 Top 4 reasons behind the attrition.
 Recommending some suggestions to reduce the attrition rate considering the
reasons.
