Norton’s Children’s Hospital- Pediatric ICU Float Team Louisville, KY
As an ICU float at Norton Children’s Hospital, I have worked in the NICU, PICU, and
Emergency department. I have provided care to patients on ventilators, patients requiring
parenteral feedings, patients with tracheostomies, and patients returning from surgery
requiring strict, one to one care.
Performed assessments on infants, children, and adolescents, using critical thinking skills
provide holistic care.
Experience with infants with congenital heart defects, infants having difficulty feeding,
and children with complex disorders such as diabetes, Cerebral Palsy, and major birth
defects.
