Theme Exploration Planning Sheet

Multiplicity Visual Research

As much fun as cloning ourselves is (and it is!) this exercise gives us the ability to introduce
theme into your work. When we learn about theme in artwork, we have to be aware that artwork
can have multiple themes but leads to artwork that is personal and more meaningful.

Theme in artwork allows us to explore our own backgrounds, have a view on current topics and
express feelings about a topic that is important to us.

We will be using the Smithsonian Museums Guide to Theme in Artwork

#4.) You can use the technical skills of photoshop
#5.) You can demonstrate a strong concept in your finished work
#5.) You can print a physical product of your work (Per Mrs. Fitz)
