▪ A political theory holding all forms of
governmental authority to be
unnecessary and undesirable and
anarchism advocating a society based on voluntary
cooperation and free association of
individuals and groups (Websters).
▪ Defensive measures used to reduce the
vulnerability of individuals and property to
anti-terrorism terrorist acts, to include limited response
and containment by local security forces.
▪ A resource - person, group,
relationship, instrument, installation,
or supply - at the disposition of an
asset (terrorist) terrorist organization for use in an
operational or support role. Often
used with a qualifying term such as
suicide asset or surveillance asset.
▪ An item of materiel, which projects,
biological disperses, or disseminates a
weapon biological agent.
▪ Substances that cause blistering of
the skin. Exposure is through liquid
blister agents or vapor contact with any exposed
tissue (eyes, skin, lungs).
▪ Substances that injure a person by
interfering with cell respiration (the
blood agents exchange of oxygen and carbon
dioxide between blood and
tissues).
▪ A toxic chemical and its precursors,
chemical except when intended to cause
weapon death or other harm through use of
toxic materials.
▪ Substances that cause physical
injury to the lungs. Exposure is
through inhalation. In extreme
choking agents cases, membranes swell and lungs
become filled with liquid. Death
results from lack of oxygen; hence,
the victim is "choked"
▪ Offensive measures taken to
prevent, deter, and respond to
counter- terrorism.
