IOT BASED ROBOT FOR

WILDLIFE & DEFENSE APPLICATIONS CHAPTER 1

CHAPTER 1

INTRODUCTION
In recent years, wildlife and defense application has attracted great public
attention. However, Surveillance is a major thing when going to secure anything as it is
dangerous job for people, because of that it will be might risky to observing all the things
in forest and bordered areas, for overcome from the above problem make a robot which
can continuously monitor surroundings. This robot continuously watches and sends a
live streaming to an authorized person. By through this monitoring will be some more
easy and it will be made accurate because of this approach. The implementation of this
project to resolve the problem of replacing human to surveillance robot, because of this
harm to human resource was reduced. The key to scientific wildlife conservation is the
appropriate awareness and appreciation of the relationship between wildlife
conservation and utilization and the theoretical basis of holism. As such, expansion of
the concept of scientific wildlife and defense conservation requires the application of
several measures.

A robot is a machine which is designed to perform a particular task based on the

programming by the user. It can perform multi task at a time. Nowadays most of the
industries are automated. The development of automation introduces the robots into the
industries to perform the risky jobs which cannot be performed by humans.

The proposed design serves as a solution to demonstrate the control of the DC

geared motors in co-ordinates of the signals obtained from Wi-Fi module to achieve
high degree of precise path control from the user side, standard operations like moving
at a particular target location, collecting data and avoiding any obstacle to prevent
collision. In existing literature many works have been done on the implementation and
analysis of the robotics for various aspects like disaster management, working in
nuclear areas, photography and military application. Thus, robot can be controlled by
mobile phone and PC using IoT.
