EBIGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC April 4, 2019 FOREST RIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING / BUDGET RATIFICATION MEETING ‘The Annual Meeting of the Forest Ridge Condominium Association is scheduled for Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., location: Presbyterian Church of Manchester, 394 Lydall Street, Manchester, CT 06040. The primary purpose of this meeting will be to ratify the proposed 2019/2020 budget (enclosed) and elect three members to the Board of Directors. The proposed budget reflects NO increase in common fees but there is a proposed increase in the special assessment in order to complete the capital improvement projects intended for this coming year. There are three board positions up for election. The terms of Jeffrey Garfield, Zack Fraser & Valerie Atanasio will expire this year and all are seeking re-election to the board.
