 HISTORY

Tagaytay Medical Center started out by an out-patient clinic along with a diagnostic
center. The medical facility first came to be known as Tagaytay Hospital Systems, Inc.

After 5 years of continuous growth, Tagaytay Hospital and Medical Center, Inc. was
founded to provide better facilities and additional services for the community's
healthcare needs.

In 2011, the hospital changed its name to Unihealth Tagaytay Hospital and Medical
Center, Inc. to establish its link to Unihealth Systems Philippines, Inc. which is a chain
of hospital seeking to improve the standards of healthcare institutions.

By 2013 the hospital was managed by Mount Grace Hospitals, Inc. - a network of
hospitals which aims to develop hospitals with the best solutions such as improving
medical facilities with modern equipment and to create unforgettable excellent
patient experience. By then, the hospital renamed to Tagaytay Medical Center.
