• I understand that I will be placed on a one month probation period that must include
completion of tutor training and satisfactory tutoring performance. If hired 2nd month,
the probationary period will be decided by the Learning Center Manager.
• I agree that once I did not finish my contract, I could not receive my remaining salary. Or
If I wish to resign I need to inform the LSTC owner and find tutor to take my place.
• I agree that every pay day, there’ll be a 100 deduction to my salary to be put in my cash
bond. This will be given to my last pay day in the center.
• I understand that I ‘ll be tutoring in the center or at the house of the child and do the
marketing outside if it is needed.
• I realize falsifying any document is grounds for dismissal. This includes employee
applications and time reported.
The dignity and respect of the students I work with are foremost in my position as a
tutor at LSTC. I will not allow religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, or creed to affect
my judgment or ability to work with students. I understand that I am accountable for
assisting qualified students in a timely, thorough and respectful manner.
• I understand that I am not permitted to do students' work for them, but rather to assist,
encourage, and comment on the student's efforts and progress. I am to foster
independence in the students I tutor.
• I understand that I am responsible for performing all duties that are assigned to me. I will
do everything possible to see that the mission and goals of the Learning Center are met
in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• By accepting assignment as a Tutor, I agree to abide by and practice the standards and
policies of the Learning Center.
