Dear Dianne,

The Staff Appreciation and Recognition Committee held a number of contests

and events to help celebrate Employee Appreciation Week November 2-6, 2015
at the Corporation. One of these initiatives was to encourage employees to
recognize their colleague's hard work and dedication by 'Nominating a STAR
Employee'. Many nominations were received and the winners of this contest
were selected by random draw.

Although we are told that your name was not selected in the draw, we would
like you to be aware that you were one of the nominees. A fellow co-worker
had taken the time to ensure that you were recognized for your hard work and
dedication towards your position, your co-workers and the good of the city.

Thank you for being a 'Star' in the workplace and rest assured that it has not
gone unnoticed .
