Conceptual proposal of the multimedia application
1. Project Identification:
Name of the project: Brand creation and update towards digital multimedia trends of 2019

2. Brief description of the Project:

Fredy Niño is an entrepreneur in the construction, repair and commercialization of real


estate properties.
His work has endeavored to be very dedicated to its customers by providing high quality
solutions at reasonable prices.
The project mainly focuses on the creation of the personal brand of the entrepreneur in
order to acquire a corporate image in front of the competition and consumers, through this
brand you can create various multimedia files to achieve the successful positioning of the
brand at the regional level
Looking for the highest satisfaction of the clients, it’s necessary to keep them up to date
with the trends and let them know their work capacity by showing the work that has been
done with satisfaction throughout the region through a web page.
The idea is that consumers understand the processes involved in the work of a builder
throughout its different phases and learn to value the work better and also verify the quality
processes that the company offers within its services.

3. Justification

In Colombia, around 300 thousand companies of entrepreneurs are created each year, of
which only 30% of them survive the first five years, that leaves us with 90 thousand
companies that can position themselves in the market with difficulties.
One of their common shortcomings isn’t knowing how to handle customer service as such,
nowadays customer service issues have been facilitated thanks to the different multimedia
products, since these provide greater interactivity and follow-up in the services or products
purchased.
Fredy Niño is an entrepreneur who has been in the middle for 15 years and still lacks a
brand that identifies the quality of his work. However, he has good recognition in the
region for the quality of his work, wanting to develop this project at the hands of this
company. Is to provide a tool to a good worker to recover and dignify the work of builders
at the regional level.

4. Objective:

General:
Create the brand and corporate identity of the company Fredy Alexander Niño
Montenegro to gain credibility and positioning in the Tequendama region as one of the
best companies dedicated to the civil works and real estate sector.
Specific:
● Generate a business impact on the perception of consumers against the builders' guild
that is currently very discredited.

● Increase the satisfaction of the service in front of the consumers of the client.

● Encourage the guild of local builders to professionalize their services.

5. Typology of multimedia
• Advertising Multimedia: Sufficient multimedia products will be established to cover the
company's products and services such as images, videos with audio, animations and
interactive material.
• Informative Multimedia: A blog is created to keep up-to-date trends in general civil
works to generate expectation of purchase in the clients.

6. Multimedia platform
• Offline: Photos, videos, animations and presentations to play on screens or on devices
that support the format.
• Online: Web page that shows the portfolio of services through image galleries,
animations and videos; connection to the different electronic publications that are made,
such as in social networks and public forums and other multimedia content.

7. Hardware requirements:
For the proper development of the project, it has been identified that the hardware
requirements are mid-range, due to the processing of audio, images and video. Some of the
ideal characteristics would be:
- PCI 3.0 express motherboard
- Intel Corei5 3.5 GHz processor
- 8 Gb of DDR3 RAM
- Video card MSI Geforce 1 gb DDR5 VRAM

In addition, other accessories such as digital cameras, cell phones, keyboard and mouse of
good performance are necessary.

8. Software requirements
Since the project has video, audio, animation and web content formats, it has been
identified as necessary software:
Analysis: Google docs
Planning: Balsamiq
Programming: Corel Graphics Suite 2018, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Blender,
Audacity, Brackets.
Evaluation: CamStudio, Google Analytics and CuantoCobrar
