Operational Plan

FY2019 is a very important year for Bluepot & Co. We began


implementing the first phase of our strategic plan with an emphasis on
advancing Bluepot & Co.’s mission. With the help of active feedback,
customer survey and effective customer interactive sessions, we are
ready to deliver the finest handmade jewelry and handicraft products
according to the need and likes of our customers. Special attention was
paid to maintain and sell the quality of products, ease of using the
website, reliability of products and customer service. Bluepot & Co.
strives to create a stronger relationship with customers and all the
artisans and craftsmen of India.
We plan to strengthen our customer focus and build on progress in
FY2019. We will consider the following questions in the course of
day-to-day work:

 How can we able to work with our customers in order to


provide them quality product?
 How can we set expectations and deliver it more consistently?
 How can we work towards developing seamless service delivery
model?
 How can we enhance our self to improve the efficiency of our
business?
Our operational plan is focused on achieving goals which follows under
the name “CORE”; these overachieving goals are as follows:

 Engage and Develop Employees
Some of the detailed day-to-day operations carried by Bluepot &
Co. are:
a. Product and Customer Service – The personnel appointed by our
company is professional, trained and well equipped with skills.
Enhancing, Monitoring, Checking and controlling the quality of
the product and customer service with their knowledge, skills and
efficiency is the main motive of our team and to improve the
modes of operations in order to fasten up the process of making
and delivering the products to our customers.
b. Merchandizing the latest design – Latest, unique and most
uncommon design give us the edge over others. Hence, our
jeweller’s team is responsible for searching out latest designs,
developing concepts, layouts of products, researches and
determines the requirement and budget to make the product that
buyer wants. Our quality control department always checks the
quality of handicraft with most efficient and standardized manner
to provide excellent quality to customers.
c. Sales & Marketing Activity – Our team is responsible for
handling business research, market surveys and feasibility studies
in order to identify development opportunities; assures the
completion of development projects and spread the brand name
among the people with organic as well as inorganic modes of
marketing strategies. Our teams develop, execute and evaluate new
plans for expanding increase sales and create new markets cum
businesses for organization.
d. Financial Activity- Our finance team is responsible for preparing
financial reports, budgets, financial statements, financial analyses,
Developmental budgets, accounting reports, carry out financial
feasibility studies, financial forecasting, risk analysis, cash
management, general ledger accounting , development of financial
statements and policies, administration of payroll, financial
transactions management and internal auditing.
e. HR-Our HR team oversee the smooth running of administrative
tasks of the office and factory activities and evaluates the needs of
training, recruitment, staff induction, employee assessment,
arrangements of travel meetings etc.

1. Transportation Facility-Both of our office and manufacturing
unit has an advantage of transportation ease. Our Kalighat
Headquarter is closely located to Tollygunge Railway Station,
Lake Gardens Railway Station, Rashbehari Bus Stop,
Shyamaprasad Rd. Bus Stop, Kalighat Bridge Bus stop and
Kalighat Metro Station, While our Bankra Manufacturing Unit is
well connected to National Highway-6 and is closely located to
Santragachi Railway Station, Bankranayabaz Railway Station,
Baltikuri Cabin Railway Station, Dahighat Bus Stop, Nilgaunj
Depot Bus Station, Santragachi Bus Station.

2. Financial Hub Facility-Presence of some important banks like


SBI, BOB and PNB etc. near our office and factory gives us a huge
advantage to stay connected with these Institutions which helps in
smooth running of our business by fulfilling our financial needs
and work.

3. Manpower Facility-Our manufacturing unit is located near to


residential area. Jewellers and Labours of Howrah dist. are able to
come to our unit via various modes of cheap transport services like
auto rickshaw or bus.

Material Facility – The most important thing we need for our


jewellery manufacturing are the gemstones which is provided by
dealers all around Howrah dist. specially near Domjur.
