to seek assistance from the Barangay Tanod on-duty to locate the residence of
MR. LEBRON JAMES at House 5, St. Patrick Street, Silver Hills
Subdivision, Nasipit Road, Talamban, Cebu City, for the purpose of serving
summons to the latter, together with a complaint filed against Mr. James in
the morning of the date of this certification, and returned in the afternoon at
the abovementioned address because Mr. James was not around. However,
Sheriff Scalabrine still failed to serve the summons because of the absence of
Mr. Lebron James on the same date.

This certification is issued upon the request of the abovementioned

name for whatever legal intent or purpose it may serve.
