Note: In making the Self-Check for your Qualification, all required competencies
should be specified. It is therefore required of a Trainer to be well- versed
of the CBC or TR of the program qualification he is teaching.
From the accomplished Self-Assessment Check (Form 1.1) and the evidences
of current competencies (Form 1.2), the Trainer will be able to identify what the
training needs of the prospective trainee are.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the CTU-BARILI CAMPUS, in pursuit of its mission to help the
unemployed individuals by providing them with quality education that will give
them employable technical skills and proper work ethics,
WHEREAS, MAGALLON ORGANIC FARM in Region VII has the great experience
and expertise in managing programs that facilitates the provision of industrial and
entrepreneurial skills training for the disadvantaged sector.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, both parties
hereby agree as follows;
D. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
1. The parties pledge to cooperate with each other and to perform their
respective obligations under the Agreement.
2. In case of injury resulting from an accident related to the training,
CTU-BARILI CAMPUS liability shall be limited to the school’s accident
insurance plan.

3. This Agreement may be amended or modified only through a written
instrument duly signed and executed by the parties. This Memorandum
of Agreement will commence upon signing.
