Automated Scheduling System

TITLE

Descriptions:
Currently uses traditional way of organizing and
creating class schedules. Schedule is planned by plotting
subjects, time, room, and instructor to a blank form
with corresponding day and time. In this process
scheduler cannot always able to recognize schedule
conflicts.

Target Users:
Students of Dalubhasaan ng Lunsod ng San Pablo.
Objectives:
The purpose of the system was to create a more
efficient way for the scheduling of the students and
teachers for the benefit of DLSP as well as to the
students. The study aimed to create a scheduling
system that can identify conflicts and available rooms,
provide access to all the schedules of students and
teachers.
Benefits:
 Time Saving For Teachers and Students.
 Reduce External Scheduling Conflicts.
 Organize and Streamline School Timetables and
Schedules.
 Less hassle for the students and teachers.
