Hi Ricardo and good morning, everyone.

We concluded another week without accidents and with total focus to continue advancing in HSE
programs

We also finalized the transition leaders of the framework elements by increasing the participation of the
operational representatives to make the HSE management system more interdependent and this initiative
includes the integration with the FPS Ilha do Fundão Laboratory Test framework.

After concluded the journey to HSE excellence certification audit, Gabriela Caldeira and Wilson Pedroni
were interested in replicating the Niteroi HSE programs in Jandira. For this reason, last week we started a
project to share best practices, HSE programs and framework initiatives among the leaders of the
elements.

In Niteroi had the completion of the 320-ton blue big crane maintenance work of the logistics base as
planned with Kone Cranes complying with all the recommendations of previously completed risk analysis.

Also, as you can see in the pictures, during the last weekend, we did the emergency drills of spills and first
aid.

Finally, this week we began in Logistic Base the leadership rotation program in HSE engaging another level
of management, the leading operators. In total we will have 24 operators of the logistics base doing each
of them the rotation in HSE every 15 days

This was the main news, activities of last week and today.

We have a joint activity with NCL that we are reviewing together to improve controls and safety barriers
to reduce operational risks up to the ALARP level. I believe that by the middle of this week we will be
ready to share the proposed improvements with Paul and the engineers.
