HOW TO MAKE GADO GADO

Ingredients :

150 gr groundnut

50 gr brown sugar

3 cloves garlic

5 cloves onion

Chili

Orange leaves

2 pieces potatoes

600 ml coconut milk

Sugar

Stock broth

Lettuce

Cucumber

Boiled sprouts

Boiled potatoes

Boiled eggs

Toufu

Tempe

Craekers

Cooked

How to make :

1. Fry the grandnuts until it is brownish, then lift it until it is drain well.
2. While waiting for cold groundnuts, boil vegetables alternately then cut it into small sizes.
3. Fry toufu and tempe to be an half cooked then cut it into small sizes.
4. After the groundnuts are cold, grind it with garlic and chili to be an half smouth, then add salt
and brown sugar for make grinding easier, add little water if it is still hard to grind, continue to
add water until you get the spice viscosity that you want.
5. After that add vegetables, tempe and toufu into the seasoning and mix it well add some fried
onion and crackers. Gado gado is ready to serve. Enjoy it.
